About the Collective

Established in 2024 under the storefront JIMNI, the Culpeper Artisan Collective (CAC) began as a cooperative. Following the sale of JIMNI and a transition in business partnerships, CAC became solely owned on December 1, 2025, by Kirsten Scannon—a talented mixed media and furniture artist who also operates Kirsten Scannon Creative.

Located at Persimmon Marketplace (172 E. Davis St.), CAC showcases an eclectic, distinctive range of locally crafted artwork, home decor, furnishings, utensils, and much more.

As of September 2026, CAC is expanding with a sister space called The Fern & Fable Hollow, located inside Ruckersville Gallery (8287 Seminole Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968). This new space is a collaboration spearheaded by Kirsten Scannon (Kirsten Scannon Creative) and Alyssa Scannon (Toadstool Treasures). It features sensory toys, art, tea, wax melts, self-care luxuries, and soon, art and craft supplies.
